SFI offers metal & powder coating services with an in-house automated, 5 stage powder coat line. Our system allows reclaiming of various powder.
We also utilize infrared technologies to pre-gel powder. This allows us to apply primer and topcoat in a single pass. By providing a finished part to your assembly line, we have removed one more operation from your complex supply chain.
SFI provides parts that are ready to be installed. If we need to add noise suppression foam, rubber gaskets, decals or a multitude of other value-added items, we are well-positioned to enhance the final part.
